    Our Raw Tupelo Honey is from the swamps of North Florida along the Apalachicola and Ochlockonee rivers. This is where the Ogeechee tupelo trees grow and bloom each Spring.  The resulting honey is light gold in color.  Fans describe the flavor as cinnamon with a tingle of anise. A soft, light, and buttery honey.  Tupelo is often described as liquid gold.  Due to its low natural sucrose level Tupelo honey doesn't granulate.  This is single-source honey with no additives.
