Raw unfiltered thick Arizona desert wildflower.
The extreme heat and dry conditions in Arizona’s Sonoran Desert produce a thick finely crystallized honey. Something like a creamed honey.
It’s a very different honey from this small unique, varied and strange biome. Not every plant blooms every year. The honey can vary comb to come to a sensitive palette.
It starts out liquid of course but crystallizes quickly after bottling.
I don’t heat or pasteurize my honey. It is spun out of the comb; strained though a regular household strainer then bottled. The strainer does keep out bee parts if any. Bees keep their honey comb and brood comb separate.
It’s a very clean and hygienic process naturally.
